I met Mikaela in massage school in 2016. She has been a natural massage therapist since she started. She has always been professional, knowledgeable, kind, caring and has the best bubbly personality. She enjoys being a CMT and it shows in her work. I have continued to get regular massages with Mikaela since 2017. She listens to you. If I say I have limited range of motion or areas or pain she focuses on the muscles causing the restriction. She is very good at focusing on the trigger points  with deep tissue work as well as Craniosacral, which is amazing, and will blend it into your massage. I lover her neck and arm work the most. It's great to get a massage where hot stones and cupping is included in your session if you want them and not an add on. She will help your knots, pain and muscle restrictions melt away.
